John M. Mann is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer for the SRT Group of companies and the CEO of SRT Wireless. His background includes nine years with the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse in their New York and Miami offices. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and as a board member with private and public companies on a national and international basis. Mr. Mann is also a principal in certain other companies in Florida and Colorado which are involved in financial and forensic consulting.   

Conrad Smith joined SR Technologies in 2004 and is responsible for all major architectural and design decisions along with providing technical leadership to SR Technologies and SRT Wireless’ Engineering, Software Design and Product Development Teams. Conrad works closely with customers and SRT’s engineering group to insure SRT Wireless designs meet or exceed customer expectations.

His career has included executive management and senior engineering roles in England, California and Florida for defense contractors, Silicon Valley VC funded start-ups and private commercial businesses. His career includes extensive experience in the development of proprietary software defined radios, Wi-Fi chipset development and implementations, satellite communications, cognitive “smart services” solutions, GPS-based products, telematics, cellular and digital video executions.

Conrad holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire in England.

David O’Neal is a certified public accountant and serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the SRT Group. He began his career with the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse and spent four years in the audit and tax departments. He has experience in various industries including banking, truck leasing, retail, distribution, utilities and transportation. He has extensive experience in public finance and obtained over $2 billion in bond financing through various bond issues with two public agencies.

James O'Brien joined SR Technologies as a Quality Assurance Engineer in May of 2005. Within three months he was elevated to Manager and now serves as Director of Quality Assurance. He and his group have been responsible for developing and standardizing Project Lifecycle and Quality Assurance testing processes and methodologies within SR Technologies. The Quality Assurance team’s primary focus is to report and document defect and enhancement resolution as well as track hardware and software changes for all strategic and tactical platforms. Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Public Policy. He has been working in the Software Industry for the past 15 years.

Ken Greene is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience as an engineering project manager and director at companies such as Motorola and General Electric. He has managed hardware, software and mechanical development of radio paging infrastructure and subscriber devices, telematics devices, location-based services and technologies, and enterprise access control systems. Mr. Greene holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is a Six-Sigma Greenbelt. He is currently working on attaining his PMI PMP certification.

Greene has responsibility for day-to-day activities of project teams, client interfaces, formal communications, weekly status reports, WBS/Gantt charts, project tracking (deviations between planned, actual and estimates to complete), major milestone tracking, action items, risk management plan, and preparation for formal and technical project reviews.

Sergio Betancourt has over 10 years experience in the areas of web and graphic design. His duties include meeting the day-to-day graphical and marketing needs for the SRT Group of Companies. Mr. Betancourt holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the Florida State University.
